A Month of Heart and Progress at University Home Lacson
February at University Home Lacson was filled with energy, learning, and moments that
brought our community closer together.
We kicked off the month by leveling up our service standards. The UHome team proudly
joined the Gender Sensitivity Training: Inclusive Horizons Transforming Tourism for All and
the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence seminars led by the Department of Tourism. These
sessions strengthened our commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming
environment for everyone who calls UHome home.
Love was definitely in the air during our Loving U More Valentine’s Celebration. Residents
enjoyed sweet treats, fun activities, and a chance to pause from acads to simply connect
and enjoy the moment. It was a reminder that dorm life is not just about studying, but also
about building friendships and creating memories.
We also welcomed the Chinese New Year with hopeful hearts and positive energy. The
celebration added a festive vibe to the building and inspired everyone to step into the new
season with focus and determination.
Behind the scenes, we also made time for what truly matters. A Mental Health Awareness
Seminar for employees was conducted to promote balance, understanding, and support
within our team. A strong and healthy staff helps us provide better care and service to our
residents every day.
From professional growth to festive celebrations and wellness initiatives, February was a
month that reflected what University Home Lacson is all about: community, care, and
continuous improvement.
